California Volunteers Grants Portal Registration Form

Please provide the following information to register for an account in the CV Grants Portal. All applicants must submit this form before they can submit an application. Applicants must submit this form at least two days prior to the application deadline for an account to be created with enough time to complete the application. If you have any questions or experience technical difficulties, please contact funding@cv.ca.gov


12-digit alphanumeric ID number generated as part of the System for Award Management (SAM) registration process. See section C.2. in the Request for Applications for more information.
